At Unit 42 Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a defective product, we want you to have a straightforward process for returning it.

Please review our returns policy below:

- We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival

- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your  order

To start the return process contact us at: unit42shopsales@outlook.com. Provide your order number and a description of the defect. please also indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Once the return request has been review and authorization we will ask you to carefully pack the defective package in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that came with in.

Ship the package to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we have received the returned item and assess the defect, we will process your refund or replacement request within 5 - 7 days
If you have requested a refund we will issue the refund tor your original payment method.

Please note we do not accept returns for non-defective items, used items or items returned outside the specified return window
